Since I mentioned MIB in my last post, just thought I’d share something a little related. It’s a dream analysis of the Men In Black movie! You’d be surprised at the deeper messages..Read it foo! lol

Hello everyone!

Part 4 of this tale begins with my sister and myself deciding to build a time machine from the report I had, The 10th Key to the Riddle of Time.  There were a couple of projects to work on.  The report detailed how to build a time portal, TA36 Time Antenna, QR7000 Quantum Resonator, and the Space Time Modulator.  We decided upon the Space Time Modulator.  It was a time machine that was apparently the size of a small pack of cigarettes.  And from the standpoint of someone who didn’t know much about electronics, didn’t seem too complicated or expensive to build.  From my research on the internet, found that all the parts could be obtained from Radio Shack.

To Radio Shack!

One day after school my sister, her future husband, a friend of theirs, and myself went to Radio Shack to price the necessary items and inquire someone who works there in what else may be needed.  Electronic advice is what I mean.  None of use knew how to read schematics or knew how to weld if that was necessary.  Walking into the store I had a twinge of excitement but felt I had to hide it.  My sister’s future husband is a practical man and while he never directly made fun of me for pursuing this, he made comments about how this is a waste of time. (time, lol)  This kind of critical attitude is one of the examples why I felt I had to hide what I was doing.  I was still only 14 and still cared waaay too much about what other people think.  Anyway, walking through the store I found some of the parts while my sister showed a Radio Shack employee the schematics but didn’t tell him what is was for.  His reaction to the schematic was something to the effect of, “What..is..this?”  He told her it wouldn’t really do anything except complete a circuit.  This reaction did not discourage us.  We left the store determined to build the Space Time Modulator, no matter what the results.

Shortly after our visit to Radio Shack my sister began to be tailed by black SUVs.  Anytime she drove to work and back, she would be followed by a black SUV.  She told me she would take a bunch of turns just to make sure she wasn’t being paranoid, and sure enough they were following her.  Looking through her rearview mirror, she could see the driver.  Blank-faced man in a black suit.  We both thought..crap, Men In Black!  For those who don’t know of the Men In Black other than the movies.  The Men In Black, as the legend goes, are a group of slightly inhuman people dressed in black suits who suppress public awareness of aliens or anything “out there” through the use of intimidation or other means.  At the time, we thought the Men In Black were trying to discourage us from time traveling.  Whoever was following my sister matched a basic MIB sighting in appearance at least.

The tailing continued for a couple of weeks on an almost daily consistency and that’s all it was.  This event may have no connection whatsoever to our time travel endeavors, but it happened and neither of us still don’t know why.  Eventually it stopped, and sometime after that my sister ended up hittin’ the road and moved out due to life circumstances at the time.  Since then, there have been no mysterious cars tailing her and we never did build the Space Time Modulator.

My research into all matters concerning the Hyper Dimensional Resonator and other time travel related topics continued.  Was looking for anyone online who had experiences with this thing and that is whenever I met CarlosX.

Next time: CarlosX, doubles from parallel universes, and prank phone calls.

Hello everybody!

Part 2 of this strange part of my life begins shortly after I returned from my summer vacation in Louisiana back in 2000.  I almost had got a free HDR from someone in a Yahoo! based time-travel discussion group.  I was declined for being a minor..well poop.  I was about to begin my freshmen year of High School and my interest in this time machine as well as other “fringe” topics began to increase.  I mailed the inventor, Steven Gibbs a letter asking all sorts of questions, and in just a few days I had a response.

My response came in a large envelope and this was very exciting for my young self.  I was corresponding with a time traveler!  I got a package from a time traveler!  I opened the package and what was inside was..not what I expected.  There was no letter, or anything even remotely answering any of my questions.  What I got was a stack of stapled papers with the title, “Time Travel Catalog.”  (Which by the way, this is only response you will ever get from this man if you decide to mail him.)  I was a little bummed, but decided to look through the catalog.  Inside was of course information on the HDR.  Aside from that were Reports you could purchase for about $20 each which detailed how to construct other types of time machines.  Apparently, there are MANY ways to time travel..according to Mr.Gibbs anyway.  Stuff like Atlantean Crystal Generators and even one on how to build the HG Wells style time machine.  He also sold cassette tapes of his times as a guest on the Art Bell:Coast to Coast show and books written about him by author Patricia Ress.

Shortly after I received my time travel catalog, my first year in High school began.  During this time I had the usual woes, anxieties, and girl stuff like any other kid in High School with the addition of a then secret to a majority time machine obsession.  A few of my friends knew, but mostly I kept to myself about it.  I felt it was a strange thing to be obsessed about it.  I remember one kid seeing stuff I had written down in my folder commented that I was like Donnie Darko.  I did not want to be the weird kid in school, although at the time everybody else was probably worried about everybody else thinking about them.

One night when I had the house to myself, I decided to give the inventor a phone call.  I had waited when I had the house to myself because I was worried about what my father would think.  The phone rang a couple of times and sure enough Steven Gibbs answered.  His voice didn’t necessarily sound crazy, but I always thought there was a sort of strangeness to it.  When I had called him, he was actually in the process of building one of his machines.  Rolling an electromagnet if I recall correctly.  We talked for a bit, told me a story of how one guy used his time machine to go into the past but the machine seemingly didn’t work.  Later on this man went to take a bath and at that time, the “energies” took effect and the guy was sent back in time naked.  Steven Gibbs had quite a laugh telling this story.  He told me a few more stories, which I don’t remember and then he said something about the Christ Consciousness beamed him the information on how to build time travel devices.   …………It was at that point that I began to seriously, seriously question the sanity of this man.  That statement didn’t necessarily scare me, but I was shocked.  Shortly after that, he told me he would not sell me a time machine until I was at least 18.  He had a strict policy against selling to minors, but he said I was free to purchase anything else from the catalog.

At this point, or even way before this point most people would have dropped it.  However, I did not.  A few months later I would come into a small amount of money and would actually purchase a few items from the Time Travel catalog.  See ya next time!

Next time: Quartz crystal pendulums(for real this time), the 10th key to the Riddle of time, and Men In Black!

http://www.v-j-enterprises.com/timetrav.html    Here is the known interview with Steven Gibbs.  Please note that how he obtained the information on how to build time machines is completely different from what he told me in our phone conversation.  The story changes at least one other time that I know of too.

Hello everyone!  This is the first blog and I don’t have a “first blog..blog” so I’m going to jump right into it!

There is a particular oddity which has kept my interest for most of my life.  Back in about the year 2000 I discovered a website which sold time machines.  This particular time machine is called the Hyper Dimensional Resonator.  Most people would laugh at the website for a little bit, joke about it with their friends for awhile, and then forget about it.  For whatever reason, my then 14 old self latched onto the idea of this time machine and the almost now myth like stories surrounding it.  I’m not here to try and proof or disprove anything about it, just relating my own personal experiences with an odd obsession I had at the time.  Hmmm…I feel a long story coming about, so I may decide to do this in parts.

It all started during the summer of 2000.  I was 14 years old visiting my friends in Louisiana for summer vacation.  I was surfing the internet, and I don’t remember how I came across it but it happened.  It was a black background website with a little customization.  The website sold a time machine called the Hyper Dimensional Resonator.  It sells for $360 and to this day, the creator Steven Gibbs still sells them.  It sounds like a total scam, but it set my curiosity fires ablaze.  What if there was more?  I began to do web searches on the Hyper Dimensional Resonator.  I found a few forums regarding time travel where someone mentioned it, but nobody had answers.  Nobody wanted to throw out $360 to find out.  Eventually I found a Yahoo! based called the Gibbs group.  Most people there joined the same reason I did, to find out if the dang machine worked.  Aside from the site discussing astral travel and other out there topics, nobody really had anything to say about the Hyper Dimensional Resonator except for one guy who went by the screen name Taog_Dibar if I recall correctly.  The thing about Taog that piked my interest was that he never made claims of the time machine working, and I don’t even think he ever publicly mentioned having one.  I was looking to strike up a conversation, just for conversation sake in Yahoo! chat with somebody who wanted to talk about time travel.  So I chatted with Taog and I conversation went from time travel, to psychic abilities, karma, his personal life, and then he told me he had a Hyper Dimensional Resonator.  I asked the obvious question…”DOES IT WORK?!”  He said it did.  He said that he had numerous out-of-body experiences induced by the machine and that he had used the machine so much that it had strengthened his own natural psychic abilities to the point where he didn’t need the machine anymore.  My interest and excitement very obvious, he asks me if I would like to have it.  I said YEAH!  And if that wasn’t cool enough, he said he would give it to me for FREE!!  That is until he found out I was 14.  He decided not to give it to me because he didn’t want to give a time machine to a minor.  Who could blame him?  You could probably get into a lot of trouble for giving a kid a time machine.  Anyway, I was bummed for a bit..totally missed out on a free time machine because of my age.  I began do more research and eventually talked to the creator of the machines himself.

Next time: Discussions with a time machine inventor, time travel reports, and quartz crystal pendulums.

Heh, yeah.  Well that’s it for now.  Come back tomorrow to hear more of this tale.
